He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ross and Rose Ross (D'Andrea); his son Christopher Ross; his grandson Robert "Bobby" Jordan; and his siblings, Anthony Ross, Louis Ross, Rocco Ross, Vera Long, Rita Molinaro and John Ross.
He is survived by: his children, Rose (Robert "Doc" Jordan) of Dunbar, Nikki Stouffer (Ray) of New Castle, Christine Porter (Alan) of Connellsville, Caroline Welsh (Robert) of Connellsville, Joseph Ross Jr. (Brenda) of Bradenton, FL, Frank "Wink", Helen Hall of Waltersburg and Salvatore "Sam" Ross Sr.; his siblings, Janie Nicholson, Terry Ross (Sharon) and Frank Ross; his pets, Moochie, Louie, Mack, Alley, Booboo, Honey Girl and Nicky; his uncle Terry; and his caregiver Trina. He is also survived by 25 Grandchildren, 53 Great Grandchildren, 7 Great Great Grandchildren.
