He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Miller and Marie Ansell Miller; his wife Sara Jane Worry Miller; his siblings, Robert, Ronald, Daniel Miller, Janet Jacobs and Dolores Robertucci; his son-in-law Kenneth Schobert; his grandson Michael Moore; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Jean Schobert of Dunbar, Jesse R. Miller, Jr., Suzanne Salanick (Mark) of Uniontown, Brian L. Miller, Teresa of Dunbar and Jennifer Lynn Miller of Uniontown; his grandchildren, Tanya Brooks (Richard), Albert Moore, Jr., Steven Moore (Kelly), Amanda Miller, Meaghan Moore, Jeffrey Miller and Jeremy Miller; and his siblings, Donna Faye Dillinger of Connellsville, William Miller (Carol) of Connellsville, Thomas Miller (Donna) of Connellsville and Walter Miller, Jr. (Betty) of Connellsville. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
