It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James E. Marnell Sr. of Dunbar, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 2, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Marnell and Goldie Marnell (Murray); his wife Rose Elma Marnell (Robinson); his siblings, Theresa Cook, Rose Jean Baker, Nina Riley, Robert Marnell, John D. Marnell and Michael; and his brother-in-law John Frick.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Orndorff (Laura) of Spartanburg, SC and James E. Marnell, Jr. (Christine) of Lemont Furnace; his grandchildren, Alexis Orndorff, Rachel Marnell and Madison Marnell; his sister Regina Frick of Dunbar, PA; and his sister-in-law Geneva Marnell of Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Social distancing must be observed, and masks must be worn as mandated by CDC COVID-19 restrictions. Interment will be privately held at Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.
