He is survived by: his wife Shirley L. Hawk Franks; his children, Harry Franks III (Kathy) of Uniontown, Timothy Franks (Margaret) of Dunbar, Renee Kerns (Robert) of Lima and Nicole Carroll (Brett) of Chagrin Falls, Ohio; his stepchildren, William Leasure of Uniontown and Lorraine Savage (Randy) of Lemont Furnace; and his siblings, Charlotte Wood of Connellsville, Carol Wilkie (George) of Oklahoma and Darrell Franks (Patty) of Little Summit. He is also survived by many grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
