She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer "Chip" Kubala and Naomi Kubala of Dunbar Twp. She is survived by: her husband Stanley; her children, David Cudnik of Pittsburgh and Crystal Weimer of Oakland, MD; her son-in-law Steve Weimer; her sister Kathy Kubala Hartman of Allen Park, MI; her brother-in-law John Hartman; and her pets, Bettis, Wrigley, Tessa, Korva, Santana and Jazmine. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
