He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Rankin and Gloria Rankin (Louk) of Duke Center. He is survived by: his siblings, Deb Vanscoter (late Ronald) of Bradford, Lorri Abrams (late Robert) of Wickenburg, AZ and Gary Rankin of Duke Center.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Otto Township Volunteer Fire Department 118 Sweitzer Drive, Duke Center PA 16729, or the Duke Center United Methodist Church.
