She is survived by: her husband Zygmunt Kokosinski; her children, Anna Kokosinska of Dudley, Teresa Lach of Dudley and Eva Kokosinska of Dudley; her sister Aniela Jankowski of Dudley; her grandchildren, Agnes, Christopher, Thomas, Elizabeth, Carolin, Adam and Sophia; and her great grandchildren, Alexandra, Andrew, Alan, Abby and Emillia.
