She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Paul and Josephine Marie Lonconsky (Gier); her daughter Paula Jo Smith; and her siblings, Paul Loncosky (Helen) and Anna Doebler (Loncosky).
She is survived by: her husband Paul Smith; her former husband Robert Eugene Black of Chambersburg; and her daughters, Theresa Marie Souders (late Randy) of Carlisle and Patti Jo Shaffer (Jonathan) of Saxton. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
