He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Harry and Amanda Violet Fessler (Black); his wife Nancy Fessler (Leabhart); and his siblings, Olive Stevens, Cleoma Stoner, Harriet Morningstar, Wilmer and Raymond Fessler.
He is survived by: his children, Merrie Lou Kaminsky (Eugene), Eddie Fessler (Virginia) and Andrea Fields (Don); his grandchildren, Jordan Kaminsky (Dustin Pine), Dylan Fields (Melissa), Joelle Kaminsky and Bailey Fields; his stepgrandchildren, Scott White and Kristen Veitch; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Brennen, Chloe, Cambree and Hadlee; his sisters, Dorothy Flanders and Fae Montreal; and his sisters-in-law, Bertha Fessler, Judy Brode and Sherry Love (Tom). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
