He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Ellsworth Hall. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Ann Hall (Black) of Dudley; his siblings, Sue Ann (Gerald Faircloth), Kenneth "Bud" Hall (Lynn) and David Hall (Donna); and his nieces and nephews, Josh McGraw (Jessica), Jolene Hall, Nichole Kline (Steve), Heather Hall, Brianne Hall and Ashley Hall.
