He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Jones and Marion E. Jones (Geier); and his siblings, John D. Jones (Audrey) and Jean Hedge (late Telford). He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Faye" Jones (Aller); his daughter Lisa Hess (Bob) of Dudley; his grandchildren, Laura Hess-Steele (Adam) of Huntingdon, Jessica Curfman (Collin) of Shade Gap, Bobby Hess (Tess Drenning) of Hopewell, Josh Hess (Cheyenne) of Roaring Spring, Ben Hess (Brandi Madden) of Saxton and Amy Hess-Musselman (Garrett) of Altoona; his great grandchildren, Benton Steele, Riley, Grace, Emma, Kennedy Curfman, Bruno, Lucas Hess, Lillian, Daniel Hess, Adalynn and Amelia Hess; his brother Terry L. Jones (Janice) of Dudley; his niece Denise Jones; his nephew Keith Jones; his great-niece Melissa Jones of Dudley; his family, Penni L. Snyder (Neuder), Loren and Tina Wilkins of Dudley; and also Mala of Halifax.
