He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William C. Stiber and Eva Louise Stiber (Martin); his wife Doris A. Stiber (Lynch); his children, Debra Lynn Hammond and David E. Stiber; his siblings, Kathleen R. Stiber of South Williamsport and Jack Stiber (Cheryl) of Allenwood; and his grandchildren, Nicole Morris (Justin) of Williamsport, Douglas W. Litz of Williamsport and Tressa J. Stiber of Williamsport. He was also cherished by six great grandchildren and lots of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
