He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy "Roy" Orner and Sara Orner (Williams); and his siblings, LeRoy, Ross and Hallie Orner.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy R. Orner (Richards); his children, Patricia Sedlock (Andy), Marilyn Larrimer (Tom), Frank Orner (Karen) and Russell Orner Jr. (Claire); his grandchildren, Kayla Horting (Deric), Emily Bish (Steve), Alyse McIntosh (John), Stephen Sedlock (Adrianne), Noah Orner (Magdalena), LauraGrace Linsky (Dane), Walker, Ashton, Danny and Katie; and his great grandchildren, Maddie, Caden, Hadley, Delilah, Iris, Fiona, August, Atlas, Arlo, Helena and Constantine.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Home Camp UMC.
