She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Norris and Elizabeth Norris (Straitwell); her spouse Blair V. Rhodes; and her siblings, Arthur Norris, Florence Shaffer and Margie Fumante.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Armagost (Alex) of Palmer, Alaska, Rodney Rhodes (Terri) of Panic and Gary Rhodes of Reynoldsville; and her sister Evelyn McConnell of Brockway. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Adamson Funeral Chapel (1312 Chestnut Ave, DuBois, PA 15801). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Ruby to the American Cancer Society.
