He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Kitchen and Florence Kitchen (Magill); his wife Norma Kitchen (Bailey); his son Robert Kitchen; and his sisters, Joan Beer and Emmie Schogren.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Greathouse and David Kitchen (Linda); his grandchildren, Gretchen Greathouse, Troy Greathouse (Alexandra), Holly Herron (Jeremy), Laura Kitchen and Rebecca Lindholm (Matthew); and his great grandchildren, Cael, Capri Herron and Owen Lindholm.
Memorial donations may be made to the Bethany Covenant Church, Home Camp United Methodist Church, or the organization of the donor's choice.
