He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret E. Stover (Hetrick); his parents, Ralph G. Stover and Mae W. Stover (Haloweil); and his siblings, Max Stover (Ellen), James Stover (Sally), Ralph Stover (Adaline), Donald Stover (Janie), Jane Fisher (William), Robert Rideout (Nancy) and Mary Rita Stover (James).
He is survived by: his son Richard Stover, Jr. (Joyce I. Wexler); and his extended family, Hetrick, Dickey and Haugh.
