She is survived by: her parents, Robert Shaffer and Consetta Shaffer (Mennetti); her daughter Genavieve Carlins of DuBois; her sisters, Brenda Shaffer of Jeanette and Bobbi Ingram (John) of Amarillo; and her grandson Nicolas Garcia-Carlins.
