He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hoover and Evelyn Hoover (Miller); his wife Judith Hoover; and his siblings, Elaine Knarr and Edward Hoover.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Frantz (Tim), Laura Hoover, Linda Hoover and Sheree Hillebrand; his grandchildren, Richard L. Frantz, April Frantz-Roy (Steven) and Derek Douglas Hillebrand; and his great grandchildren, Autumn Roy, Rocco Frantz and Rubie Frantz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
