She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Smith and Mildred Smith (Jones); and her siblings, Frederick "Donald" Jr., Arthur "Keith", James, Francis "Sandy" Smith and Karen Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Guthridge (Marsha) of Falls Creek, Richard Guthridge (Michelle) of DuBois, Martin Guthridge (Sharon) of Reynoldsville and Michelle Daugherty (John) of Falls Creek; her grandchildren, Adam Guthridge (Amy), Matthew Guthridge, Christie Beckwith (Damien), Ryan Guthridge (Fresh), Nicole Lippert (Cody), Eric Guthridge (Tiff), Lindsay and Makayla Daugherty; and her sister Molly Shaffer of Falls Creek. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, 2 step great-grandchildren, 1 great- great grandson.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Adamson Funeral Chapel (1312 Chestnut Ave, DuBois, PA 15801). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
