He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Lewis and Eva Lewis (White); and his daughters, Holly Wray and Theresa Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Lewis (Drake) of DuBois; his children, Lisa Smith (Joe) of Hazen and Eric Lewis of Huntington, WV; and his sisters, Dreama Bragg and Sue Jordan. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
