He was predeceased by: his parents, Blair Marshall and Elsie Marshall (Selner); and his siblings, Zella Peace, Beverly Delp, Gordon, LeRoy and Dale Marshall.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Marshall (McMillen); his children, Timothy Marshall and Leah Marshall; his granddaughter MaKenzie; and his brother Lee (Emmie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
