She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter W. Watson and Daisy B. Watson (Shenkle); her husband Robert C. Foster; her siblings, Williard "Scotty" Watson and Marion Johnson; and her son Gary L. Foster.

She is survived by: her son R. Scott Foster (Janet); her grandchildren, Darrin, Alexis Foster, Dylan, Damon and Kierra Foster; her great grandchildren, Lilah and Tegan; and her daughter-in-law Cindy Foster.
