He was predeceased by: his parents, Ludwig A. Fetzer and Marie Steng Fetzer. He is survived by: his siblings, Gertrude Skelly of Lancaster and Arthur Fetzer of Bethlehem. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Carl's name may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
