She was predeceased by: her parents, William T. Roth and Mildred Roth (Swank); her husband Leonard J. Burger Sr.; and her siblings, Byron, Harold, Wilson Roth and Blanche Brior.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Beck, Diane Scally, Leonard J. Burger Jr. (JoAnn) and Glen Burger (Jane); and her grandchildren, Jolene, Lenny III, Timmy, William, Kathleen, Alex and Emily. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
Donations to the Hazleton Animal Shelter in memory of Mae would be graciously appreciated.
