She was predeceased by: her parents, William Yanonis and Florence Yanonis; and her sisters, Beatrice Vozar, Carol Seymour and Dorothy Metkus.
She is survived by: her husband Paul J. Souchak; her stepdaughters, Marci Generose and Ann Souchak (Paul Young) of Edwardsville; her grandson Dakota Souchak; her siblings, Helene Medvetz (James) of Sheppton and William J. Yanonis (Novelyn); and her nephews, Jarrad Yanonis and Chris Medvetz.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations in her honor be made to any animal rescue center of the donor's choosing.
