He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Moff and Agnes Moff (Hasker). He is survived by: his sisters, Ethel Pecora and Gloria Schrader; his wife Joan Ulshafer; and his siblings, Marion Van Horn, Lauretta Chenkus of Blackwood, NJ and Joseph Moff.
