She was predeceased by: her husband Raji Kawar; her siblings, Miriam Dervishian (Garo), Ibrahim, John "Hanna" (Alice), Yacub "Jack" (Georgette), George (Anne), Artin "Harry" (Rugdah) and Azad; her daughter Laurice Ballan (Nidal); and her father Elias.
She is survived by: her brothers, Anton "Tony" (Mary), Sarkis and Hovig; her children, Aida Armani, Laila Groff (Gilbert), Richard Kawar (Tina), Rosemary Groff (Garr) and Naiem "Norm" Kawar; and her grandchildren, Nathan McBride, Jason Isaac Kawar, Aaron McBride (Oliviana), Brittney Kawar, Zachary Groff (Jocelyn), Eric Groff, David Groff, Noaf Ballan, Christina Groff, Serena Groff, Suhair Ballan, Jacqueline Ballan, Brahim Ballan, Jakob Kawar, Alexis Kawar, Derek Kawar, Brianna Andrews and Zak Siebert. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
