He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fitzpatrick and Dorothy Fitzpatrick; his wife Deborah Fitzpatrick; his grandchild Ryan Smith; and his sister Diane Holt.
He is survived by: his children, Lee Ann Stief (Rick), Tom Fitzpatrick (Casey), Karen Smith (Bill) and Lindsay Fitzpatrick Pandelios (Nick); his grandchildren, Jack Fitzpatrick, Gavin Fitzpatrick, Quinn Fitzpatrick and Brady Smith; and his sister Carol Akins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Donohue Funeral Home - Upper Darby (8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery (1600 Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA 19064).
