He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Ginsburg and Mary Ginsburg; his siblings, Joseph Ginsburg, Mary Ann Floyd and Anna Koch-McDevitt; and his nephew Kevin S. Koch.
He is survived by: his sisters, Ruth Ginsburg of Media and Pauline Scrupskis (Dennis) of Port St. He is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews, and many great-nieces and nephews.
