He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Sr. and Elizabeth (Schroth); and his siblings, Elizabeth "Betty Marie" Kreschick (Riley), Robert, Ronald and Barbara.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret (NJ) of Upper Darby; and his grandchildren, R. P., Matthew, Andrew, Shannon, Lydia, Stephen, Elise and Quinn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
