He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

“I. went to junior and senior high with Luke. We spent a lot of time together and I got to know the whole Heavens family. Luke was a very gifted athlete and his family and friends were always there cheering him on. Nobody ran faster than Luke back in the day. My deepest sympathy to the family.
