He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Virginia Williams Gillis; his daughters, Joan Egbert of Suwanee and Diane Muldowney of Holmes, Pennsylvania; his granddaughters, Laurie Ree, Rebecca Larsen, Karen Egbert and Amber Muldowney; and his parents, Charles Gillis and Ritchie Gillis. He was also cherished by nine great grandchildren.
