He is survived by: his wife Joan Theresa Mullen; his children, Ann Marie Cook (Philip), Joan Kergides (Constantine) and Jack Mullen (Cindy); his grandchildren, Christopher, Amanda, Lauren, Nicholas, John and Ellie; his great grandchildren, Isabel and Oliver; and his brother Thomas Mullen (Yvonne) of Chardon, OH.
