He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Spadano; his parents, Giovanna Spadano and Dominic Spadano; and his close friend Gina Scorsone. He is survived by: his sons, Tony Stabilo (Mafalda), Dominic Spadano (late Linda) and John J. Spadano, Jr. (Angela). He is also survived by eight Grandchildren and twelve Great Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donation in Chic's memory may be made to the Marine Corps League, 1026 Providence Rd, Secane, PA 19018.
