He is survived by: his wife Susan Cook-Hicks; his children, Dawn Van Osten (Steven) and James Caden (Paula); his stepdaughters, Lisa Cook and Debbie Cook; his brother Bill Hicks (Susie); his grandchildren, Steven, Gina, Julianne, William, Maggie and Jacqlyn; his nephew Billy; and his nieces, Tracy and Jen.
