He was predeceased by: his mother Judith "Judy" Bastian. He is survived by: his father John H. Bastian, Sr.; his significant other Janine Urbanski; his siblings, Cindy Pinto (Joseph), Michele Bradley (Bob) and Bob Bastian (Chrissy); and his nieces and nephews, Emma, Jessica, Mary Kate, Joey, Nathan, Shane, Bobby, Josephine Judith, Laney, Cole, Valerie, Andrew and Carter. He is also survived by many other family members and close friends.
