He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his sister Karen Rawlings; his children, Destiny Borrelli (Jay) and Joshua Dukes (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Gabriela Borrelli, Jay Borrelli Jr., Nick Borrelli and John Anthony Dukes IV.
