It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Hunt of Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 19, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Sherry and Marie Sherry; her husband Jim; her siblings, Jack and Rosemarie; and her brother-in-law Ed.
She is survived by: her sons, James (Colleen), Kevin (Jeanne), Jerry (Ann) and Patrick Hunt; her grandchildren, Cristin McDevitt (Dan), Ryan Hunt (Molly), Kevin Hunt (Nicole), Shannon Meredith (Don), Alex Hunt (Anne Light), Kerri Hunt (Alex MacAvoy) and Cailynn Hunt; her great grandchildren, Mackenna, Logan McDevitt and Declyn Hunt; her siblings, Maryanne, Joe Sherry (Dena) and Pat Sherry (Margie); and her siblings-in-law, Pat Maguire, Geraldine Hunt and Helen Hunt. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
