She was predeceased by: her husband John Zalewski; her son John Zalewski; and her siblings, Stella Sulik, Anna Kozak and Edward Kozak.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Zalewski (Arleen) and Stephen Zalewski; her grandchildren, Allyson Bullock (Chris), Gary Zalewski (Michelle), Danielle Zalewski, Erik Zalewski and Ryan Zalewski (Beth); and her brother John Kozak.
