He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Catherine Weinhold Spangler and Walter R. Eicker; his wife Carol Ann Baxter; his daughters, Susan, Donna, Kimberly and Jennifer; and his brothers, Charles (Patty) and Gary (Beverly). He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
