He was predeceased by: his parent James M. Cleary, Jr.; and his daughter Baby Katie Alice Cleary. He is survived by: his parent Alice Cleary; his children, Margaret A. "Peggy" Murphy (Jerry), Brian C. Cleary (Jennifer), Jenny M. Hustek (Tom) and Daniel P. Cleary (Jill); and his siblings, Thomas P. Cleary and David K. Cleary (Kathy). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
