We are sad to announce that on June 21, 2020, at the age of 90, Helen Poorman Schmitt of Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, born in Havertown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Robert Schmitt, Jr. (Ethel) of Cicero, NY. and Virginia McGibbon (Russell) of Venice, FL. She is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Due to the Covid 19 virus, a Memorial Service will be held in June of 2021 at Fairmount Community Church.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Fairmount Community Church Memorial Fund, 126 S. Terry Road, Syracuse, NY 13219.
