He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Melisa Caroselli, Heidi Mastrothanasis, Christopher and Christian Gontaryk; his grandsons, Steve Porrini, Joe Caroselli and Bill Caroselli; his brother Jonathan Gontaryk; his nephew John Gontaryk; and his niece Nicole Gontaryk.
