He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Morris Neeley and Louise Neeley; his wife Sandra M Neeley; his children, Ken Neeley (Marcia Neeley), Kim Medis (Mike Medis) and Staci Andersen (Jeff Andersen); his stepdaughters, Dawn Surdovel (Shelby Hardy) and Christin McDonald (Stephan McDonald); and his grandchildren, Rebecca Medis, Grace Medis, Kyle Neeley, Charity Medis, Andrew Medis, Brett Andersen, Brylee Andersen, Hope Medis, Blake Andersen, Jack Neeley, Paige Neeley, Brayden McDonald, Molli McDonald and Bryce McDonald.
