He is survived by: his wife Theresa Farrelly; his children, Danielle Modzelewski (Brad) and Patrick J. Farrelly (Grace); his grandchildren, Colin, Charlotte Modzelewski, Theresa and PJ Farrelly; his siblings, Mary Roberts (Frank), James (Robyn) and Michael Farrelly (Dawn); his nieces and nephews, John, Colin, Jesse, Anne, Michael, Erin, Bryn and Lexi; his brother-in-law Edward Loftus (Mary); and his nieces and nephews, Rosemary, Ted, Sue and Jason.
