She was predeceased by: her former husband Warren. She is survived by: her spouse Deli; her children, Warren Neill, Jr. (Carol) of Cicero, IN, Judy Mae Shupp (Carl) of Pocono Mountains, PA, Stephen Neill (Kathy) of Langhorne, PA and Cheryl Osborne; and her sister Irma Dolan of Earlville, MD.. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
