It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Murphy of Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 8, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Verrecchia and Laura Verrecchia; her husband Eugene T. Murphy; and her siblings, Salvatore Verrecchia, Vincent Verrecchia and Doris Cotter.
She is survived by: her children, Dee Cleary (Bill), Kathi Boudwin (Dan), Gale Concannon (Mark), Eugene Murphy (Patti), Joe Murphy (Terry), Mary Beth Sharkey (Mark), Drew Murphy (Liz), Lynn Becker (John) and Tommy Murphy; and her siblings-in-law, Cathleen Albertus and L. Francis Murphy (Elaine). She is also survived by her 21 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
