She was predeceased by: her parent John F.; and her siblings, Ann Marie "Nancy" Sawyer and William Sawyer (Linda). She is survived by: her parent Ann Marie Sawyer; her husband Theodore "Ted" Czyzewski; her children, Theodore J., Christopher J. (Sabrina) and Justin P. Czyzewski; her grandchildren, Reid A., Maeve Eva and Nora Jane Czyzewski; and her siblings, John "Jay" Sawyer (Carmela), Michael Sawyer (Eileen), Tom Sawyer (Joan), James Sawyer (Kathleen) and Charles "Champ" Sawyer (Rita).
In lieu of flowers, contributions to The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (AFTD), Radnor Station Building 2, Suite 320, 290 King of Prussia Road, Radnor, PA 19087 would be appreciated.
