He was predeceased by: his wife Adeline. He is survived by: his children, Elaine Pepper (Michael Madias), Richard (Kim), Charles (Pat), Robert, Emory E. III (Diane), Edie Borowik and Barbara Gonzales (Davi); his grandchildren, Bryn, Deanna, Mique, Kara, Matthew and Sarah; his siblings, Alfred, Jean Crosby and Donna Mahon; and his sister-in-law Angela Perrone.
