She was predeceased by: her parents, James Provence and Alice Provence (Magee). She is survived by: her husband G. Norman Caldwell; her children, Joyce Castiello (John), Walter Caldwell (Sharlene) and Andrew Caldwell (Kathi); her grandchildren, Nathan Castiello, Norman Castiello, Ryan Caldwell, Bret Caldwell, Leanna Caldwell, Taylor Longacre, Kyle Longacre and Angelyn Serafini; and her sisters, Evelyn Parsons, Joan Wright and Carolyn Medaglia. She is also survived by her dog and visiting with friends, family, and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, donations made be made in memory of Elaine to the Providence Animal Shelter.
